Angela Kujava is responsible for the execution and development of the Desai’s business acceleration program, including mentoring and counseling startups and selecting and managing investments. She works closely with the region’s business communities for the benefit of the participating startups and the broader entrepreneurial landscape.
Angela's favorite responsibilities involve creating order out of chaos, whether that means helping a client develop a value proposition and minimum viable product strategy, evaluating UI/UX design, or creating engaging content. Most recently, Angela served as the Director of Innovation for Logic Solutions, a global application development firm where she led teams that worked to nurture, assist, and grow developing and maturing companies. Her private sector consultancy experience and understanding of business processes and strategy includes tech, branding, and marketing best practices, with experience in Lean Startup and Strategyzer methodologies in a hands-on setting. In partnership with entrepreneurial organizations such as the Small Business Development Center, TechTown Detroit, and the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan, Angela developed and facilitated educational workshops and seminars designed to educate technical entrepreneurs, engage channel partners, and attract and retain her target client demographic. Prior to her career in technology, Angela was a financial planner, having earned the Certified Financial Planner ProfessionalTM and a Certified Investment Management Analyst® designations. She served as Interim Executive Director of the non-profit 826michigan, and started Corner Booth Writing, a resume writing and editing business that she ran for years.
